CORVALLIS, Ore. – LC State earned a pair of conference honors on Monday as Giulia Belfontali was named the Cascade Conference McDonald's Player of the Week, presented by Urban Edge Network, in CCC women’s golf, and Rafael Bonnet de Larbogne was tabbed the GSAC Men’s Tennis Player of the Week, presented by Athletic Solutions.

RAFAEL BONNET DE LARBOGNE – MEN'S TENNIS PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Bonnet de Larbogne had a strong weekend on the road and helped LC State upset No. 13 Missouri Baptist to end the regular season. The junior earned two singles wins and did not lose in doubles action. He defeated the No. 22 player in the NAIA in the win over MBU and teamed up with Nell Rollin in both doubles victories against Indiana Wesleyan and MBU. 

This is the first weekly honor of Bonnet de Larbogne’s career.

GIULIA BELFONTALI – WOMEN'S GOLFER OF THE WEEK

Belfontali helped No. 19 LC State to a strong performance at the competitive Roadrunner Spring Invite in Georgia. The sophomore tied for 17th individually and had the best round of any Warrior with her 1-over, 73 on Tuesday. The finish jumped her to No. 83 individually in the Scoreboard rankings. The Warriors finished seventh as a team and defeated No. 9 Indiana Wesleyan and No. 18 Rocky Mountain.

This is the third weekly honor for Belfontali this season.
