2017-18: XC - Set a personal-best (15:00.7) in the 4k with a second-place finish to open the season ... second in the Cascade Conference Preview (18:50.5) ... won the Louisville Classic (17:54.3) ... finished sixth at the Inland Empire Challenge (17:40.8) ... 19th at cross country nationals (17:57.6) to earn All-American status ... Indoor - Opened the indoor season as part of the winning 4x800m relay (9:39.56) at the Vandal Open, and placed second in the 800m (2:13.47) ... won the mile with a personal-best time of 5:07.55 at the WSU Open ... set a school-record in the 600m (1:36.78) to win the event at the WSU Cougar Indoor ... member of the winning DMR and 4x400m relay at the Boise State Challenge ... finished third overall in the 800m (2:14.63) at indoor nationals to become an All-American ... 2015-2016: XC – Began the 2015 season with a 38th place finish in the Clash of the Inland Northwest in 15:21.7 on the 4K course… Placed 9th at the Erik Anderson Invitational in 23:49.4 on the 6K course… Posted a time of 19:32.4 at the Royals XC Challenge in the 5K, finishing 45th… At the Frontier Conference Meet in the 5K finished 25th with a time of 21:23.9… Indoor – Earned NAIA Indoor Track & Field All-American honors in the 800m… Member of indoor 4x400m national qualifier… Set PR of 1:02.09 at the Idaho Vandal Indoor Invitational in the 400m… Set college best 1:38.55 in the 600m at the Hub City Indoor Last Chance… Outdoor – Member of outdoor 4x800m and 800m NAIA national qualifier… Set PR of 4:47.83 in the 1500m at the Linfield Open.

2014-15: Made her collegiate debut at the Clash of the Inland Northwest, finishing 72nd in 16:15.90 at the 4K course…In her first collegiate 5K she finished 27th at Erik Anderson Invite in 20:51.49…Posted a time of 19:22.7 to finish 50th at Charles Bowles Invite…Recorded season-best time of 19:13 to finish 70th at LCSC Inland Empire Classic…Finished 26th at Frontier Conference Championship in 20:27.42…Qualified for the NAIA Indoor Nationals in the DMR while also going to NAIA Outdoor Nationals in the 800m finishing in 2:12.87…Broke indoor school records in the 600m, 800m and 1000m…Also set Outdoor school record in the 800m.

2013-14: Redshirted season.
HIGH SCHOOL: Qualified for district track tournament all four years at Lakewood…Went to state cross country meet as part of Lakewood’s team as a freshman and individually as a senior…Set school records for 400 and 800 meters as a senior and won most inspirational and captain’s awards for cross country, in addition to second team all-league honors…Nominated as area Athlete of the Year by the Everett Herald and won school’s Cliff Gillies Award…Also played a season of varsity soccer.
