LC State Game Day Protocol - COVID-19

All LC State and Cascade Conference protocols will be adhered to

The P1FCU Activity Center is open for spectators and fans.  All staff, workers, students, and fans must adhere to the following guidelines. 

Masks recommended indoors for all individuals who are not in active competition. 

General

  • Signage will be placed at both entrances: Masks recommended.
  • Box of disposable masks will be at each entrance.
  • Hand sanitizer stations will be located at each entrance.
  • All restrooms will be cleaned and disinfected regularly.
  • Fans will be encouraged to socially distance themselves from other groups will in the stands.
  • Activity Center will post signs at all open entrances that advise individuals to self-screen and not to enter the building if they are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, e.g. fever, cough, difficulty breathing
  • Event set up:
    • Set up for Volleyball:
      • GA bleachers will be pushed back to ensure spacing between spectators and student athletes.
    • Concessions will be provided by Sodexo.  Sodexo will follow the catering for events & gathering protocols.

General Staff Requirements

The health and safety of our staff members and students is our foremost concern. To create a safe working environment, we encourage staff members to take the following actions: 

  • Staff members may not report to work if any of the following conditions are present: 
    • Staff member experienced any of the following within the past 72 hours: 
      • A fever greater than 100° F (37.8° C)
      • Cough, shortness of breath, or any other symptoms of ill health
    • If the staff member has experienced any of these items, they must remain home, notify their supervisor. 
    • Staff members that don't feel well or develop symptoms while at work are required to go home and remain at home until they are symptom free.
