Ralstin enters her second season assisting the LC State Dance and Cheer programs in 2025-26.
The Lewiston native was an All-American cheerleader at Lewiston High School before continuing her cheer career at the University of Idaho. She previously spent five years coaching at Sacajawea Middle School, where she helped build one of Idaho’s top middle school programs as SMS earned the title of Middle School Grand Champions five consecutive years in a row. Ralstin also choreographed two pom routines for Lewiston High School that both placed third at the 5A State Cheer Championships, marking the best finishes in school history in that category.
Sophia is married to Jacob Ralstin, and the couple have a daughter, Eden. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from LC State in 2018.
