2013-14: Placed 33rd at Clash of the Inland Northwest in 19:56 on 6K course...Took 45th at Erik Anderson Invite, recording time of 26:57.59 on 8K course...Placed 60th in 26:41.50 at National Preview as Warriors finished second in team standings...Placed 55th at Inland Empire, hosted by LCSC, recording time of 26:06...Helped Warriors to Frontier Conference Championship victory with 23rd-place finish in 26:11.

COLLEGE: Member of 2011 Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges championship team…Qualified for the 2012 NWAACC championship in the 10,000 meters, helping Everett to a third-place finish…Also placed 13th in the 8K in a personal-best time…Competed for the University of Great Falls as a freshman.

HIGH SCHOOL: At Tacoma’s Franklin Pierce HS was a four-year letter-winner in cross country and track…Earned All-SPSL 3A honors in sophomore, junior and senior seasons in cross country, breaking through to WIAA Class 3A state meet as a senior…Was a two-time cross country captain for coach Jesse McNeil…Competed at SPSL 3A track championships in all four seasons in track…Qualified for 2007 and 2008 Junior Olympic cross country teams as a member of Federal Way Track Club.
