2016-17: XC - Opened the season with a second-place finish at the Clash of the Inland Northwest ... placed third at the Frontier Conference Championship to earn All-Frontier Conference honors ... finished 49th at cross country nationals ... Indoor - Placed third in the 3000m at the Boise State Challenge and was sixth overall in the event at indoor nationals to become an All-American ... Outdoor - Won the 5000m (15:07.47) at the Whitwort Twilight ... placed second in the 1500m and set a personal-best in the 800m (1:57.01) at the Linfield Open ... finished ninth overall in the 5000m at outdoor nationals

2015-2016: XC -  Finished 16th in the Clash of the Inland Northwest posting a time of 18:30.4… Posted a time of 25:32.4, finishing 23rd in the 41st Charles Bowles Willamette Invitational… Competed in the Frontier Conference Meet, finishing 7th at 27:12.3.
 
2014-15: Redshirt during cross country…Had an impressive indoor track campaign that saw him earn All-America honors in the 5000m at the NAIA Indoor Nationals with a time of 13:59.67 taking eighth
 
COLLEGE: Attended Missouri Valley College, where he ran on 4x800 relay team that set school record...All-Conference selection in cross country and indoor track (3,000 meters, mile, 800 meters).
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Fort Zumwalt East High School in St. Peters, Mo., where he participated in cross country, track, basketball and baseball...Two-time state qualifier in cross country and three-time all-district and all-conference selection...In track, member of school-record holding 4x800 relay team.
