2015-2016: XC – Finished 43rd in the 41st Charles Bowles Willamette Invitational on the 5K course in 19:40.3… Ran the 5K course in the Frontier Conference Meet in 20:19.5, finishing 16th… Competed in the 2015 NAIA National Championship finishing 188th in 19:39.7 on the 5K course… Indoor – Member of 4x400m national qualifier… Outdoor – Member of 4x800m national qualifier… Set PR in 400m at Linfield Open in 1:01.63… Set college best 2:23.04 in 800m at Border Clash 2016… Set PR in 1500m in 5:32.45 at the 5th Annual Whitworth Twilight.
 
2014-15: Made collegiate cross country debut at Clash of the Inland Northwest, finishing 64th in 16:05.20…Placed 35th at Erik Anderson Invite in 21:15.57…Recorded a time of 19:13.1 to finish 43rd at Charles Bowles Invite…Recorded personal best at LCSC’s Inland Empire Classic with a time of 18:51, finishing 57th…Finished 26th at Frontier Conference Championships in 20:01.91.
 
2013-14: Redshirted cross country season, but participated in outdoor track...Member of the 4x800 relay team that qualified for outdoor nationals.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Earned 11 varsity letters at Cashmere (four in cross country, three in track and four in basketball)…Two-time Caribou Trail League Runner of the Year in cross country…Placed in top 10 at Class 1A state cross country meet in junior and senior seasons…CTL Runner of the Year for track in sophomore and senior seasons.
