GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – In the last leg of the Midwest Spring Break trip, the LCSC men's tennis came up short against Davenport Friday, 6-3.
With the loss, the Warriors fall to 1-11 on the season, while Davenport improves to 6-8.
LCSC was able to grab just one win in doubles play.
Vannasak Chheang and
Yonas Woldetsadik were able to defeat their No. 3 Doubles competition 9-8.
Ignacio Salom won at No. 2 Singles 6-4, 6-0 and
Tony Chin won at No. 5 Singles 6-7, 7-6, 10-5.
The Warriors will have one more tune up match before the GSAC Tournament later in April. LCSC travels to Whitworth on April 12 in their last regular season match.
