LA MIRADA, Calif. – Begona Andres captured the No. 1 singles match and Lewis-Clark State College won the doubles point but the Warriors weren't able to overcome Biola University Tuesday in a 4-2 loss at La Mirada, Calif.
 
Andres was leading 4-1 at No. 1 singles before winning by default, while Laura Diaz and Sophie Uhlenkott teamed up to win No. 2 doubles 6-3, and Laura Rosselli and Kyla Collier joined forces to win 6-4 at No. 3 doubles.
 
The Warriors dropped to 4-9 with the loss.
