LEWISTON, Idaho – The No. 12 Lewis-Clark State men's basketball team upended the MSU-Northern Lights in the Frontier Conference Semifinal on Saturday. The Warriors dominated the court and came away with a 95-53 victory to earn a spot in the Championship Game against top-seeded Carroll in Helena, Mont. on Tuesday. The two tied for the regular-season Frontier Conference Championship. Seeding for the playoffs is as follows:

The Warriors made quick work of the Lights on Saturday, breezing past the No. 4 seed 95-53.

Josiah Westbrook and
Cory Dollarhide all dropped 13 points in the contest.
Race Martin hit 11, while
Dana Abe and
Andre McCowan each added 10.
The LC bench combined for 54 points in the contest and the team shot 62 percent from the floor (38-62).
In their last meeting with the Fighting Saints, the Warriors pulled off a huge upset and defeated Carroll 70-55. Abe led the Warriors with 16 points,
Derrick White had 15 and
Cordel Hankerson added 12. At 55 points, they held Carroll to their lowest point total this season.
The Opponent
Championship – Mar. 5 – No. 9 Carroll College (13-5, 25-6)
Carroll has been one of the top teams in the nation all season long. Ranked No. 2 at the highest, the Fighting Saints earned a share of the regular-season title and have advanced to the Frontier Conference Championship game for the fourth-straight year.
Match Burnham leads the conference in scoring (20.07 points per game) while Matt Wyman (17.42) and Dane Warp (17.32) wrap up the top-five. The three are also in the top-five in field goal percentage.
As a team, the Saints rank first in the NAIA DI in 3-point field goal percentage (.433), field goal percentage (.523), and free throw percentage (.811).

The two teams will go head-to-head on Tuesday at 6 p.m. PT in Helena, Mont.
The game will be broadcast by Lyons Productions and aired via Eleven Sports and the SWX network of television stations.
