WHITEFISH, Mont. - The Frontier Conference released the women's basketball All-Frontier Conference teams on Tuesday, and two Warrior women earned the honor. Jossilyn Blackman was named First-Team All-Frontier Conference while Hailey Turner garnered Second Team honors. Both are the only four-year seniors on the LC squad. Turner was also named the Lewis-Clark State women's basketball Champion of Character.

"We are extremely proud of both Jossilyn and Hailey.  They have worked hard to continue to improve every year and it's always a nice compliment when our conference coaches recognize those efforts," coach Brian Orr said.

Blackman earned her first All-Frontier Conference nod after leading the Warriors in both scoring and rebounds. She is averaging 12.8 points per game and finished third in the conference with 7.7 rebounds per game. She ranks in the top-35 in the nation in total rebounds (240). Blackman notched eight double-doubles and scored double-digit points in all but five games this season. The senior became the 19th member of the 1,000-Point Club.

Turner was named Second-Team All-Frontier Conference for the second year in a row. Also named the Warrior's Champion of Character, the senior was second in the conference in blocks with 30, putting her in the top-35 in the nation. She leads the Warriors in assist/turnover ratio (1.70). Turner scored her 1,000th-career point in LC's upset win over No. 4 Montana Western. She tied a career-high with 19 points, with point number 19 being her 1,000th.

The Warriors are currently ranked No. 22 in NAIA DI and will find out if they will have the chance to play for a National Title tomorrow. The NAIA DI Women's Basketball Bracket Reveal will take place on Wednesday at 3 p.m. PT. on the NAIA Facebook page.
