Women's Basketball | 03.03.2022

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Both Lewis-Clark State Basketball teams are national tournament bound. The No. 19 Warrior women earned an automatic bid and will head to Plainview, Texas for the 2022 NAIA Women's Basketball National Championship Opening Round. The men received an at-large berth to compete in Helena, Mont. at the 2022 NAIA Men's Basketball National Championship Opening Round.
 
Both teams will open play on March 11, and winners from those contests will advance to compete in the Opening Round Championship on March 12 at the school sites.
 
No. 3-seeded Wayland Baptist (Texas) will host the Opening Round the Warrior women will compete at. Sixth-seeded LC will take on 11^th-seeded MidAmerica Nazarene (Kan.) to open the tournament on March 11. The winner will advance to take on the winner of Wayland Baptist and 14^th-seeded Our Lady of the Lake (Texas) on March 12.
 
Third-seeded Carroll (Mont.) will host the Opening Round LC Men's Basketball will compete at. The 11^th-seeded Warriors will take on sixth-seeded Jamestown (N.D.) to open the tournament on March 11. The winner will advance to take on the winner of Carroll and 14^th-seeded Mount Vernon Nazarene (Ohio) on March 12.
