MARION, Ind. – LC State Men's Tennis wrapped up the IWU Invitational with a 1-2 record against tough NAIA opponents. After defeating Judson (Ill.) on Thursday, the Warriors fell to St. Thomas (Fla.) and No. 2 Indiana Wesleyan on Friday.
 
Itaru Kikuchi picked up a pair of wins against St. Thomas. The native of Japan teamed up with William Bruchard in the top doubles spot for a 6-2 victory and earned the lone point for LC with a 6-4, 6-4 win at No. 2 singles.
 
Daniel Tevez and Austin Swing combined for a 6-4 victory in No. 3 doubles in the match against IWU, but LC was swept in singles to end the weekend.
