TRACK & FIELD

Warrior Track and Field wraps up the regular season this weekend with three different meets on the schedule. A group of LC State athletes will head to Eugene for the UO Twilight on May 5, and more will be split between the Linfield and Portland Twilights on May 6. The meets will give the Warriors one final chance at qualifying for the conference meet on May 12-13. 

The Warriors currently have four athletes with automatic standards for outdoor nationals and seven with provisional marks. Including this weekend and the conference meet, LC State has four meets where athletes can qualify for nationals. 

TENNIS

Both LC State Tennis teams will wrap up the year at home with non-team scoring matches against Treasure Valley CC on Friday. Warriors will take on TVCC in matches that count towards individual records. 

BASEBALL

No. 16 LC State Baseball will begin postseason play as the No. 4 seed in the Cascade Conference Championship, presented by U.S. Bank. Oregon Tech earned the top seed in this year’s tournament and will host the four teams. UBC is seeded second and College of Idaho if third.

The Warriors will take on OIT in the first round of the double-elimination tournament on May 6 at 2:30 p.m.
