LEWISTON, Idaho – The LC State Men's Golf team added more depth to the 2023-24 roster with NCAA Division I transfer Kye Krall. The sophomore will join the Warriors out of Western Illinois University.
 
"The men's golf program just got a lot better with the signing of Kye Krall," Head Coach Zach Anderson said. "With Division I experience, Kye will be an immediate impact for our program in the fall. Kye is a passionate individual who will bring loads of excitement to the program. We are happy to welcome him to the family."
 
A native of Calgary, Alberta, Krall prepped at Joane Cardinal Schubert High School where he finished second at the provincial championship in 2022 with a 73-75. He helped his team to the provincial title and was named the team MVP three times. Krall tied for fifth at the Alberta U17 Championship in 2021 and was 26^th in all of Canada.
 
"Coach Anderson has done a phenomenal job building this program and I believe, with the players we have added this offseason, that this is a national championship caliber team," Krall said. "I am beyond excited to help make this a reality and I hope my play can really help us take it to the next level."
