LEWISTON, Idaho – The LC State Men's Golf team added more depth to the 2023-24 roster with NCAA Division I transfer Kye Krall. The sophomore will join the Warriors out of Western Illinois University.

"The men's golf program just got a lot better with the signing of Kye Krall," Head Coach Zach Anderson said. "With Division I experience, Kye will be an immediate impact for our program in the fall. Kye is a passionate individual who will bring loads of excitement to the program. We are happy to welcome him to the family."

A native of Calgary, Alberta, Krall prepped at Joane Cardinal Schubert High School where he finished second at the provincial championship in 2022 with a 73-75. He helped his team to the provincial title and was named the team MVP three times. Krall tied for fifth at the Alberta U17 Championship in 2021 and was 26th in all of Canada.

"Coach Anderson has done a phenomenal job building this program and I believe, with the players we have added this offseason, that this is a national championship caliber team," Krall said. "I am beyond excited to help make this a reality and I hope my play can really help us take it to the next level."
