RESULTS
EUGENE, Ore. – Freshman Dan Harrington made his collegiate debut with a strong round to lead all individuals at the Tall Timber Invitational on Monday. Despite not being part of LC State Men's Golf's scoring group, the first-year carded a round of 76 to sit in a tie for fourth. The Warriors' Oscar Behle is just one stroke behind to lead the team that sits tied for fifth after the first round.
 
The team race is tight with the Warriors one stroke out of fourth place and six strokes out of second.
 
"Conditions tested us today," Head Coach Zach Anderson said. "Unfortunately, we continued to battle the same problems as most of the fall. These guys are great golfers but haven't found a way to put it all together yet. Inconsistency continues to be a struggle. One more round to get better. Let's see what we can do."
 
Behle shot a 77 on the challenging course and is tied for eighth heading into the final round. Navarro is two strokes behind Behle with a 79 to sit tied for 17^th.
 
Owen Pearson and Kye Krall shot matching 82s and are tied for 32^nd. Pearson balanced his 10-over round with a pair of birdies while Krall parred seven of the nine holes on the back nine. Freshman Lucas Ortega is tied for 42^nd after a round of 85.
 
Harrington was one of seven golfers to shoot a 76 or better on Monday. He is three strokes back of the individual lead after the first 18 holes of his LC State career. Jaxon Moon also made his Warrior debut and shot an 83 to sit tied for 37^th as an individual.
