Johnson joins the Warrior coaching staff after a two-year career at Lewis-Clark State. She transferred to LCSC as a junior from Wenatchee Valley College. In two years as a Warrior, Lauren played in 64 games and averaged 7.3 points per game, scoring 466 points. As a junior she participated on the Warrior team that finished Runner-Up in the NAIA National Tournament, scoring 13 points in the title game.

2016-17 - JUNIOR: Appeared in every game, started seven ... averaged 22 minutes and six points per game ... made 43.5 percent of her field goals, including 48 three pointers ... had season-high 17 points against Rocky Mountain (Mont.), shooting 5-7 from the three-point line ... in NAIA National Tournament scored 14 points against William Penn (Iowa), and 13 points in championship game against Oklahoma City.
