Morgan Ness enters her second season as a volunteer assistant coach for the Warriors in 2022 after playing for LC State for two seasons (2019-2021). After a career-ending injury at the end of her senior season, she took the opportunity to join the coaching staff while finishing her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science and Health Occupations. Ness’ responsibilities in the Warrior program include running lifting sessions, injury prevention, back-row defense and helping assist with pin hitters. She is currently is applying to graduate programs to achieve the goal of becoming a Registered Dietitian. She hopes to stay involved in coaching while also working and guiding collegiate athletes in areas of nutrition and strength training to enhance their performance on the court.
