LEWISTON, Idaho – In their final home games of the regular season, the Lewis-Clark State College baseball team completed a sweep of the Corban Warriors. After a walk-off walk in game one, the offense exploded for 15 runs in game two.
With the pair of wins, LC continued the streak of at least 30 wins in a season started back in 1975.
"It was good to get back out here today," coach
Jake Taylor said. "We were a little sleepy in game one, but recovered. Corban competed well. In game two we got after them early."

Makana Victorine brought LC back into the game with a two-run shot off the batter's eye in the Warriors' half of the second. A
Kody Garvin single before the blast helped cut the deficit to 3-2 after two.
Riley Way evened the score in the bottom of the third with a single to center to knock in
A.J. Davis. Way made his way around to third with a steal and scored on a double to shallow left off the bat of

A two-run homer for Corban in the top of the ninth knotted things up at six each, but the Walk-Off Warriors made an appearance in the bottom of the inning.

A big seven-run fourth inning put the LC Warriors in control of game two.
Darren Trainor shot a single to center in the LC half of the fourth and Duran took over on the bases. Duran stole second then took third on a failed pick-off attempt before scoring on a wild pitch. Two more runs came in to score on back-to-back doubles from Garvin and
Jaden Phillips.
Dalton Duarte brought in a run on a groundout.

After a quick 1-2-3 top of the sixth with
Gerald Hein on the mound,
Joe Riley came on in the seventh to close out the game via the run-rule.
