Cascade Collegiate Conference Not Allowing Fans at Conference Events

CCC

General | 02.16.2021

LEWISTON, Idaho – While the Idaho State Board of Education has loosened attendance restrictions for higher education sporting events in Idaho, Lewis-Clark State College must also follow Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) protocols, which currently do not allow any fans at any conference events.

That means fans will not be allowed to attend the CCC basketball playoffs with the College of Idaho, or any conference baseball or volleyball events until further notice.

The LC Men's and Women's Basketball teams have wrapped up the regular seasons and now begin a best-of-three series against the College of Idaho for the conference's tournament titles. Because of the weather, the schedule has changed. The LC women will play host to the Coyotes in Game 1 on Thursday at 5 p.m. at the LC Activity Center, while the men will follow at 7 p.m. Fans can watch both games on live stream by visiting www.lcwarriors.com/watch. The cost to watch a game is $9.99 because it's the conference tournament.

The Warrior baseball team only has conference games remaining on its schedule as does the volleyball team, which kicks off its season on Friday. Both baseball and volleyball regular season home events will be available for free through live streaming.

Currently, the CCC only allows fans at conference events for golf and cross country.
