LEWISTON, Idaho - After a strong showing last week by both programs, LC State Volleyball and Men's Golf will both be back in action this week. Warrior Volleyball will host a pair of conference matches on Friday and Saturday as part of LC State's Homecoming festivities, while men's golf will hit the road for a non-conference tournament hosted by NCAA Division II Saint Martin's.

VOLLEYBALL

LC State Volleyball heads into the fourth week of conference play with a 9-6 record overall, 4-3 in CCC play, and will host Warner Pacific and Multnomah this weekend. The Warriors are coming off three wins last week, with sweeps of both Walla Walla and Evergreen State, and a five-set victory over Northwest.

Cassidy Nelson and Kenzie Dean each earned weekly honors from the Cascade Conference, with Nelson being voted the Attacker of the Week and Dean earning Defender of the Week. Nelson led the Warriors with 43 kills across the three matches last week. She finished the slate of contests with an impressive .442 hitting percentage and also tallied six aces. Dean totaled eight aces, 13 assists and 51 digs over the week.
