BASEBALL TOP 25 POLL
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The LC State Baseball team fell one spot to No. 5 in the fourth NAIA Baseball Coaches' Top 25 Poll of the season. The Warriors are 6-1 since the last poll, with the only loss coming in extra innings against College of Idaho. Overall this season, LC is 41-4 and 12-3 in Cascade Conference play.
LC State leads the NAIA in doubles with 134. The Warriors are second in ERA (2.81) and strikeouts (449), third in runs scored (437), hits (517), RBI (403), total bases (859) and extra-base hits (206), and eighth in home runs (64).
Sam Linscott is fifth in the nation in hits (71) and seventh in runs scored (56).
Luke White is ninth in home runs (15).
Trent Sellers is fourth in wins (9) and sixth in ERA (1.39).
The Warriors are in Klamath Falls this weekend to take on Oregon Tech before closing out the regular season at home against Bushnell April 30-May 1.
