KANSAS CITY, Mo. – LC State celebrated a record number of NAIA Scholar Teams with all 15 Warrior programs earning the honor. The award recognizes teams that achieve a minimum 3.0 grade point average.
 
The Warrior Women's Golf team led all LC State teams with a 3.77 grade point average. The mark ranked No. 6 in the NAIA among women's golf teams. Women's cross country was next at 3.67 and women's indoor track and field earned a 3.61. The outdoor team was just behind at 3.60.
 
LC State Women's Tennis earned a GPA of 3.59, women's basketball earned a 3.58 while volleyball finished the year at 3.55. Men's cross country led the men's programs with a 3.49 grade point average with men's golf next at 3.47. Men's tennis earned a 3.39 and both indoor and outdoor track and field teams earned a mark of 3.36.
 
Warrior Men's Basketball capped its 2023-24 with a team grade point average of 3.32 and the first competitive dance team for LC State finished its first season with a team GPA of 3.23. LC State Baseball earned a grade point average of 3.09.
