Louam Boivin picked up a singles victory in the 6-1 loss on Moscow.
The Warriors gave the Vandals a run in doubles action.
Cesar Coloma and
Nell Rollin led early in their No. 3 doubles match before a late surge by Idaho closed out the match 6-4, and
Leonel Gatti and
Pablo Herrera fell by the same score in the top spot.
Boivin earned his singles win in straight sets when he took the No. 2 match 6-4, 6-4. Both Rollin and Coloma won seven games in their straight-set losses. Rollin fell 6-2, 7-5 in No. 4 singles and Coloma dropped the No. 6 match 6-3, 6-4.
