CORVALLIS, Ore. – Lewis-Clark State Women's Basketball's Jansen Edmiston brought home the first Cascade Conference Embrace Health-Santiam Hospital Player of the Week honors in program history on Monday after a solid weekend of play at the Carroll Thanksgiving Classic.  The senior out of Hermiston, Ore. averaged 13.5 points and five rebounds per game, while shooting 50 percent from the field and from behind the 3-point line.

Edmiston was 11-for-22 from the field over the weekend, including 5-for-10 from 3-point range. She led all scorers in game one with 17 points, and added another 10 in game two. She collected 10 rebounds, had two steals and one block to open the season.
