WALLA WALLA, Wash. – LC State Women's Tennis closed out its 2025 season with a 5-2 victory over NCAA Division III Whitman on Saturday. The win was the 10
th of the season for the Warriors.
LC State earned the doubles point to take an early 1-0 lead.
Beatriz Lambru and
Paige Noble-Lucas earned a 6-4 win in No. 2 doubles and
Carisa Liebenberg and
Naiara Montero won 6-2 in the third slot.
Lambru picked up a 6-2, 6-3 win at No. 2 singles in her final collegiate contest.
Montero won 6-3, 6-3 at the fourth spot and
Gwyn Heim nearly blanked her opponent with a 6-0, 6-1 victory at No. 5 singles to clinch the win.
Liebenberg earned the final singles win of the season for LC State with a 6-0, 6-2 victory in the sixth spot.
Warrior Women's Tennis finished the season with a 10-14 record.
