RESULTS
LA GRANDE, Ore. – LC State Women's Track and Field wrapped up the 2026 Cascade Conference Track and Field Championships, presented by U.S. Bank, on Saturday with two more pieces of hardware. Camille Ussher earned All-CCC honors in the 800m and Madigan Kelly wrapped up the day as the CCC Women's Track Athlete of the Meet.

"Generally speaking, it was a pretty good second day," coach Mike Collins said. "I'm very proud of this group of young people and the hard work that they've put in throughout the year. People underestimate the team aspect of track and field. It is an amazing bonding experience to have your team cheering for you in your individual event, knowing that it is part of the team performance. Everyone matters and everyone is recognized for their contribution."

Kelly earned a dominant win in the 100m hurdles on Friday and followed it up with a fourth-place finish in the 400m hurdles on Saturday. She clocked a time of 1:03.39 which just missed a B standard for nationals. This is the second time in her career she has been named the Track Athlete of the Meet.

Camille Ussher had a solid day in the 800m where she earned All-Cascade Conference honors and a spot at outdoor nationals. The senior finished second overall with a time of 2:13.35, which ranks third in school history and is a provisional standard for the NAIA Outdoor Track and Field National Championships later this month. Grace Tiegs was ninth (2:18.48), Kailee Lerew finished 18th (2:23.51) and Leila Flannery ran a personal-best time of 2:24.65 to take 20th.

Haylee Appleford led the group of Warrior throwers in the discus with an eighth-place finish (36.22m). Shayvon Williams finished ninth (36.11m), Grace Osborne wrapped up her career in 11th (34.28m), Hope Zollman was 12th (33.66m) and Ruby Kessinger placed 14th (32.41m). Gianna Anderson finished 17th in the javelin throw (33.77m).

Freshman Claire Dooley completed her first CCC meet with a 16th-place finish in the 100m (12.72) and 20th-place mark in the 200m (26.50).

The team of Ussher, Damaris Kibiwot, Kelly and Emily Collins finished seventh in the 4x400m relay (4:02.98).
