LEWISTON, Idaho – Following a historic season on the court and a successful first year of The NETWORK Booster Club, LC State Volleyball and head coach Katie Palmer announced the return of the program's annual giving initiative for the 2026-27 year.
 
"As our program continues to take steps forward, we know we can't do it alone," Palmer said. "The NETWORK Booster Club represents the people who believe in what we're building and want to be part of the journey. Their support allows us to continue creating an experience where our student-athletes can compete at a national level while growing in the classroom and throughout our community."
 
In its first year, The NETWORK raised more than $13,000 through membership gifts. LC State Volleyball has set a goal of raising $15,000 through NETWORK Booster Club membership between July 2026 and June 2027.
 
Contributions directly benefit the Volleyball Excellence Fund, which enhances the program's operating budget and provides resources needed to recruit, train, travel and compete while creating the best possible student-athlete experience. Membership comes with exclusive opportunities to connect with the program from behind-the-scenes and special recognition.
 
"College athletics continues to change, but one thing that remains incredibly important to us is putting our student-athletes and our program first," Palmer said. "The NETWORK Booster Club is about bringing together alumni, families, fans and friends who want to invest in something bigger than themselves. Every membership, at every level, helps us continue moving Warrior Volleyball forward." Those interested in becoming a member of The NETWORK Booster Club but want to learn more are invited to join the Warriors when they kick off the 2026 season with their annual First Serve BBQ.
 
The Warrior Volleyball First Serve BBQ is set for Thursday, Aug. 27 at 6 p.m. in the Williams Conference Center on the campus of Lewis-Clark State College.
 
Guests will have the opportunity to meet and interact with the nationally ranked 2026 LC State Volleyball team, take photos with favorite Warriors, get the official team poster autographed, bid on exclusive silent auction items, enjoy dinner with the Warrior Volleyball family and hear powerful stories from coaches and student-athletes.

"The people in The NETWORK Booster Club aren't just donors to our program, they're part of our team," Palmer said. "We hope they'll take another step forward with us this year and help us continue building on the momentum our student-athletes have created."
