MOSCOW, Idaho - The Lewis-Clark State Track and Field Team began their first meet of 2019 on Friday on the campus of the University of Idaho.
Head Coach Mike Collins had a lot of confidence in his student-athletes going into the multis on day one of the meet.
"Other than nationals, this the biggest field I have seen for a regular season multi competition," Collins said. "Hopefully that will help drive up the competitiveness within all the athletes. It will be fun to see how things go today."
Two Warriors competed in the pentathlon, and three began the heptathlon which will conclude on Saturday.
