WHITEFISH, Mont. – The Lewis-Clark State track and field teams dominated the weekly awards this season in the Frontier Conference. Jenny Sapp was named the Frontier Conference Women's Track Athlete of the Week for the third time this season after strong performances at the Portland Twilight on Friday, marking the seventh outdoor weekly honor for the Warrior women this year.

Sapp, a senior from Potlatch, Idaho, won the 400m hurdles with a national A qualifying time and school-record time of 1:02.33. She also set a program-record in the 100m hurdles and won the event with a time of 15.05. Sapp ran a leg of the 4x400m relay team that recorded the third-best time in the nation (3:52.78) to hit the A qualifying time in that event as well.

Sapp, along with multiple members of the LC track and field team, are gearing up for Nationals in Gulf Shores, Ala. beginning on May 23.
