CORVALLIS, Ore. – A pair of LC State Men's Basketball Players were voted to the All-Cascade Conference team, and both took first first-team honors.
Khalil Stevenson will wrap up his Warrior career with an all-conference honor, and is joined by
Oreon Courtney on the All-CCC list.

Austin Johnson said. "All individual recognition is also a reflection of our team's togetherness and buy-in. Oreon and Khalil have been a huge part of our success, especially down the stretch."
Stevenson has been the Warriors' leader on the court all season. As one of two Warriors to play 30 games this season, the senior from Fullerton, Calif., is averaging 12.1 points per game, 3.5 rebounds per game, and is second on the team with 84 assists. Stevenson has 21 steals on the season and is shooting .399 from the floor. The team's 3-point leader has drained 58 from beyond the arc at a clip of .331 and is shooting .753 from the free throw line.
The longest tenured Warrior, Stevenson scored a career-high 28 points at Evergreen State on Jan. 21. He grabbed a season-high eight rebounds in the same contest and made eight free throws. Stevenson scored at least 20 points six times this season.
"Khalil has been a rock for us this year," Johnson said. "There's no doubt he rose to the occasion down the stretch defensively while also having to shoulder a big share of our offensive load."
Courtney is the team's leading rebounder and ranks in the CCC's top 10 at 7.0 per game. The Corvallis, Ore., native is averaging 10.9 points per game and leads LC with 21 blocks this season. He is shooting .555 from the field and has 26 steals.
Last season's CCC Newcomer of the Year, Courtney scored a career-best 28 points with 12 made field goals against Southern Oregon on Feb. 18 and grabbed a career-high 13 rebounds against Evergreen on Dec. 4.
"Oreon has had huge games on the glass and is one of the premier perimeter defenders in our league," Johnson said. "He had a huge role this year and met the different demands and expectations we had for him."
