MEN'S RATING INDEX

NEW ORLEANS – Warrior Men's Track and Field climbed two spots to No. 10 in the latest edition of the USTFCCCA Ratings Index, released on Wednesday. Big performances at the OSU High Performance Meet brought the LC total to 168.27 points.
 
Clayton VanDyke highlighted the meet for LC State with his record-breaking performance in the 800m. The senior clocked a time of 1:49.43, which is currently the second-fastest in the NAIA this season, to earn 30.86 points. He brought in another 30.22 in the 1,500m (3:49.15) in which he is also second in the NAIA.
 
Griffen Parsells earned .49 points with his 1,500m (3;56.25), and Chase Barrow earned .36 with a time of 14:55.30 in the 5,000m.
 
LC State is in action on Saturday at the Tom Gage Classic in Missoula.
