SCORES
LEWISTON, Idaho – No. 20 LC State Men's Golf finished day one of play at The Warrior Fall Invitational in first place, two strokes ahead of No. 15 British Columbia, at the Lewiston Golf & Country Club. Freshman
Carson Clinton impressed in his collegiate debut and is currently tied for the individual lead.
Along with its scoring five, LC State also saw strong play from its individuals to showcase the program's youth and depth.
"An up-and-down day for the men. We never really got settled and just kind of steadied some inconsistent play, " coach
Zach Anderson said. "Bryce (Johnson) and Josh (Robinson) put together good second rounds in their first taste of college golf as well. Excited to have the lead at the end of the day but lots of work to do tomorrow. Trusting our guys to close this out."

"There were bright spots for sure. Carson was definitely one of those. In his first college event he is tied for the lead after 36 which is pretty awesome," coach Anderson added.
