NAIA TOP 25
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – In the inaugural edition of the NAIA Volleyball National Selection Committee Poll, LC State Volleyball checked in at No. 20 in the top 25. The Warriors are coming off a two-week span where they faced four teams in the top 10 of the NAIA and finished the first half of the Cascade Conference season tied for fifth in the standings of the best conference in the NAIA.

LC State fell in contests against No. 1 Eastern Oregon, then-No. 4 College of Idaho and then-No. 6 Corban (Ore.), all in competitive matches, and earned a strong sweep over Bushnell (Ore.) in the last two weeks. The Warriors are 6-4 in CCC action with just one loss at home.

Warrior Volleyball took C of I to five sets in Caldwell before the Yotes edged LC in extra points, and LC State battled Corban through four sets in front of 1,000 fans in the P1FCU Activity Center.

LC State is third in the NAIA in kills per set (13.58) and assists per set (12.76) and eighth in points per set (17.5) and attack percentage (.253).
Taylor Boyce is fourth in the CCC in kills per set (3.35) and points per set (3.6), and
Mikale Roy is fifth in kills per set (3.06).
Hannah Dotson is fourth in service aces per set (0.47) and
Ella Stosich ranks fourth in digs per set (3.73).

Around the CCC, EOU remained in the top spot as the poll transitioned from coaches to the selection committee, and Corban moved to No. 5. College of Idaho is ranked No. 8, followed by LC State at No. 20. Southern Oregon, who the Warriors are tied with in the conference standings and face Saturday, is No. 22.
