SPOKANE, Wash. – The sprints section of the record book continued to shift on Saturday as the LC State Men's Track and Field team got faster at the Whitworth Indoor Invitational.
Jedidiah Barnaby repeated a national standard in the 60m dash as the top five shifted for the Warriors in multiple running events.
"Overall, pretty good weekend with lots of season bests," coach
Mike Collins said. "Last time I counted, I think we had at least 24 PRs, and from a coaching standpoint, I don't know how you can really complain about that. The timing couldn't be better either as we approach the last meet of the season in order to try to qualify for indoor nationals. A super day for our sprinters as well. A lot of PRs for those young people, so really excited for them."
