LEWISTON, Idaho – The Lewis-Clark State College women's tennis team kicked off its season Friday with a 7-0 loss to NCAA Division I school Montana State University at the LCSC Tennis Center.
Hannah Uhlenkott, playing at No. 2 singles for LCSC, did win her opening set against Chloe Goyette 7-6, but Goyette rallied to win the next two sets by identical 6-2 scores.
The Warriors return to action on Saturday when they play host to Montana's other D-1 school, the University of Montana, at 3 p.m. at the LCSC Tennis Center.
