BOISE, Idaho - Lewis-Clark State's women's tennis team lost to an NCAA Division I foe for the second time in two days after a 7-0 sweep by Boise State University Saturday morning at the BSU Tennis Bubble.
Kyla Collier, at No. 6 singles and paired with
Sophie Uhlenkott at No. 3 doubles, had the closest matches of the day with a 6-0, 7-6 (7-4) loss to Jovana Kuljanin in singles and 6-3 to Sydnie Binder and Corey Patton in doubles.
In No. 1 singles,
Begona Andres fell 6-1, 6-1 to Wilhelmina Palmer with
Laura Rosselli dropping her match at No. 2 singles 6-0, 6-0 to Lilian Poling.
Laura Diaz fell 6-0, 6-1 to Wiktoria Nosek at No. 2 singles, Uhlenkott lost 6-2, 6-2 to Vanessa Timm at No. 4 singles, and
Alexandra Barry lost 6-0, 6-0 to Sydnie Binder at No. 5 singles.
Palmer and Poling teamed up to win No. 1 singles 6-0 over Andres and Diaz with Nosesk and Timm winning 6-0 over
Jen Roux and Barry at No. 2 singles.
The Warriors are 0-2 overall.
