EOU RESULTS | WHITWORTH RESULTS
LA GRANDE, Ore. – Damaris Kibiwot highlighted a busy day for the Warrior Women's Track and Field team with a school record in the 3,000m in Spokane. LC State split the weekend with competitors at the EOU Last Chance Indoor and Whitworth Indoor Invite.
Kibiwot, in her first collegiate season, clocked a time of 10:09.93 in the 3,000m for the fastest time in school history. Though the mark is just shy of a national standard, Kibiwot still has a shot at nationals based on those that declare in the event.
Madigan Kelly saw her first action of the season and ran a provisional standard time in the 60m hurdles. She won the final heat with a time of 8.85.
Karissa Lindner placed third in the finals of the 60m dash with a time of 8.02. Lindner went on to finish third in the long jump (5.29m) and first in the 200m (26.37).
Grace McCormick ran a pair of personal bests in Spokane at the Whitworth Indoor. The senior finished 19
th in the 800m (2:36.22) and 43
rd in the mile (5:41.44).
Grace Tiegs won the 1,000m in La Grande with a time of 3:07.54.
Freshman
Hope Zollman led a group of four Warriors in the shot put with a second-place finish. She threw a distance of 10.30m and
Grace Osborne was fourth (9.87m).
Faith Wersland placed fifth (9.72m) and
Shayvon Williams was sixth (9.69m).

The 2025 NAIA Indoor Track and Field National Championships are scheduled for Feb. 27-Mar. 1 in Gainesville, Fla.
