RESULTS
LEWISTON, Idaho – The women of LC State Women's Tennis completed the weekend sweep of The College of Idaho with a 6-1 win on Saturday. The match was the final tune up for LC State ahead of its trip to Texas for the Texas Wesleyan Invitational.
 
The Warriors earned the doubles point after winning first and third doubles. Heidi Moyo and Beatriz Lambru defeated their opponent 6-3 while Carisa Liebenberg and Gwyn Heim earned a 6-2 victory.
 
LC State won five of six singles pairing, all in straight sets. Heim had the most dominant win with a 6-2, 6-0 showing in No. 6 singles. Every other Warrior that won their match did so with just three games lost.
 
Rayana Shah earned a 6-2, 6-1 win in the top singles spot while Moyo won 6-1, 6-2 in the third slot. Paige Noble-Lucas won No. 4 singles 6-2, 6-1 and Liebenberg earned a 6-1, 6-2 win at No. 5 singles.
 
UP NEXT
LC State heads to Texas next week to take on No. 12 LSU Alexandria (La.), LSU Shreveport (La.), Kansas Wesleyan and Our Lady of the Lake (Texas.).
