Kip Yoshimura, is the all-time winningest coach in program history with a 251-82 record. He coached at LCSC during 1993-01. He currently is entering his sixth year as head coach at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Ore.

During his time at LCSC, the Warriors made five NAIA national tournament appearances and won six conference and regional titles. He led the Warriors to the regular-season and tournament titles in LCSC's first year in the Frontier Conference in 1999.
Yoshimura's most successful team was the 1998 squad, which reached the semifinals of the NAIA national tournament. That is LCSC's highest finish at the tourney. That squad had three players earn NAIA All-America honors– Angela Igoe (second team), Joy Dunn (third team), and Marci Pasqua (honorable mention).
